| 摘 要： | 作者用强化极化液(GIKL)和静滴异舒吉治疗急性心肌梗塞(AMI)36例,结果33例有效,占91.6％。其中显效29例,有效4例,效果不显著3例,占8.33％。心功能、心肌酶谱及心电图均有明显改善。故此联合用药治疗AMI安全有效,简单易行,可作为常规治疗手段。 |

| Abstract: | 36 cases of AMI were treated with GIKL and Isket by intravenous drip. The results showed that the treatment was effective in 33 cases and the effective rate was 91. 6%, of them, it was significantly effective in 29 and effective in 4. but 3 cases inadequatly re-sponsed to it. The function,myocardial zymogram and ECG of the treated patients were remarkably improved. The author suggests that the combination of GIKL and Isket is safe, simple and feasible and can be used as a routine in the treatment of AMI. |
