电针加拔罐治疗单纯性肥胖病25例

目的]通过电针组、电针加拔罐组两种方法治疗单纯性肥胖病,探讨不同方法的临床疗效差别,总结治疗单纯性肥胖病的最佳方案。方法]50例病例分成两组,分别采用电针和电针加拔罐治疗,得气后,一组配合电针治疗,留针30min;另一组一穴多次,闪罐直至皮肤潮红为度。然后以膀胱经背部两侧线由上到下反复推罐,留罐10min。结果]电针组治疗后总有效率为80%,电针加拔罐组治疗后总有效率为88%。结论]电针加拔罐结合治疗单纯性肥胖病效果更佳,无明显副作用。

Electro-Acupuncture Plus Cupping Treatment of 25 Cases of Simple Obesity

Objective]Conferring the difference of clinical curative effect with different methods according to the methods of electro-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture with cupping which are operated on simple obesity modles of nourishment,get the best treatment programm of simple obesity modle of nourishment.Method] Fifty patients of simple obesity model are devided into two groups in which one has the treatment of electro -acupuncture alone while another together with cupping.After the arrival of Qi,one group match with electro -acupuncture is in which the needle will be reterfed for half an hour.In another group,one acupunture point are activeted for times,then quick cupping until the skin is weal and flare.And then push the cupping along the two lines on the back of Pangguang,reterning for 10minutes.Result]The total efficacy rate of eletroacupunture group is 80%,while another group is 88%.Conclusion]The method of electro-acupunture and cupping is more effective for the simple obesity models of nourishment,without much evil reactions.
