KISS-1、Cath-D及VEGF在乳腺癌组织中的表达及相关性

摘    要:目的:研究KISS-1、Cath-D及VEGF在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与乳腺癌临床病理学特征的关系,探讨三者在乳腺癌发病过程中是否具有相关性。方法:用免疫组织化学S-P法检测50例乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织和50例癌旁3cm外正常乳腺组织中KISS-1、Cath-D及VEGF的表达水平。结果:①KISS-1在乳腺癌组织中的表达显著低于在正常乳腺组织中的表达(P<0.01);Cath-D、VEGF在乳腺癌组织中的表达率显著高于在正常乳腺组织中的表达(P<0.01)。②KISS-1在有淋巴结转移乳腺癌中的表达显著低于无淋巴结转移乳腺癌(P<0.05);Cath-D及VEGF在有淋巴结转移乳腺癌中的表达显著高于无淋巴结转移乳腺癌(P<0.05)。③KISS-1与Cath-D及VEGF在乳腺癌组织中的表达均具有负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:KISS-1基因表达在抑制乳腺癌转移过程中起一定作用,KISS-1基因的失表达可能通过参与淋巴及血行转移促进乳腺癌的浸润转移。

Abstract:Objective: To study the expression of KISS-1, Cath-D and VEGF in breast cancer tissues and the characteristics in clinical pathological findings for investigating the mechanisms of the three factors in the development of breast cancer. Methods : Immunohistochemical technique (S-P method) was used to detect the expression of KISS-1, Cath-D and VEGF in each of the 50 breast cancer cases as well as normal tissues 3 em off the tumor region. Results :①The positive expression rate of KISS-1 in breast carcinomas was significantly lower than that in normal breast tissues (P〈 0.01 ), whereas the positive expression rate of Cath-D, VEGF in breast carcinomas was significantly higher than that in normal breast tissues(P 〈 0.01 ). ②The positive percentage of KISS-1 in breast cancers with metastasis in lymph node was lower than that of absence of metastasis in lymph node( P 〈 0.05 ) , but the positive percentage of Cath-D, VEGF in breast cancers with metastasis in lymph node was higher than that of absence of metastasis in lymph node ( P 〈 0.05 ). ③The expression of KISS-I, Cath-D and VEGF in breast tumor tissues showed a significant negative correlation. Conclusion: The expression of KISS-1 gene may play important role in inhibiting metastasis of breast cancer,Loss of KISS- 1 gene expression that leads to the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer may participate in the lymphnode metastasis and the formation of cancer vessels.
