汕头市妊娠期妇女贫血患病率调查

目的:调查汕头市妇女妊娠期盆血发病率,分布情况及影响因素。方法:2002年4月至2003年8月对产前检查4271例孕妇填写调查表,采用血球仪查血常规,凡血红蛋白<100g/L,进行标化统计分析。结果:显示贫血537例,发病率13.4%。结论:通过调查孕妇贫血多发生在孕12-28W,与饮食营养搭配不合理有关。重视此阶段的监测和指导,对降低贫血患病率减少对母婴的危害致关重要。

Gestational screening of the incidence of anemia in Shantou area

Objective: To investigate the incidence of anemia distribution and infection for anemia of pregnant woman in Shantou area. Methods: During April 2002-Augest 2003, an antenatal screening program was conducted in 4 271 pregnant women in Shantou area by a method of two steps: 1. filling out a questionnaine; 2. checking Blood Rt. with AC. statistics and analysis to be done if Hb< 100g/1. Results: 537 pregnant women were anemic. The incidence of anemia was 13.4% . Conclusion: It was found the anemia of pregnant women appeared mainly within 12-28W. The result regards pregnant women's illogically arrangement for a dietetic nutrition. If pregnant women can be well inspected and instructed, the incidence of anemia and the hurt to mother and child will be reduced to much degree.
