| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨和分析Megalin mRNA在胆石症病人胆囊上皮细胞的表达变化及其意义.方法 检测62例胆结石和38例胆囊息肉病人胆囊内皮细胞的Megalin mRNA表达水平,应用RT-PCR分析Megalin的表达.结果 发现胆结石病人胆囊上皮细胞表达Megalin mRNA水平远低于胆囊息肉病人的水平,同时检测两组病人血清胆固醇水平的结果 显示血清胆固醇无差别.结论 胆囊上皮吸收胆固醇机制可能在胆结石的病理发生过程中有重要的意义.

Expression of Megalin mRNA expression in gallbladder epithelium of patients with cholelithiasis and its significance |

| Abstract: | Objective To detect and analyze the change of Meaglin mRNA expression in gall-bladder epithelium of the cholelithiasis and gallbladder polyp patients. Methods The expression level of Megalin mRNA was determined in 62 ceses of cholelithiasis and 38 cases of gallbladder polyp by RT-PCR. Results Megalin mRNA was expressed in the gallbladder epithelium and the expression was significantly different between the 2 groups. Conclusion The mechanism of cholesterol absorp-tion in gallbladder epithelium might play an important role in gallstone pathogenesis. |
