Effect ofEarly Eeight-bearing After Total Hip Arthroplasty on the Rehabilitation Effects of Elderly Intertrochanteric Fracture Patients

Objective:Total hip arthroplasty is a common treatment for intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly,to investigate the effect of early stage out of bed on the rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture after total hip arthroplasty.Methods:The clinical data of 85 patients with unilateral intertrochanteric femoral fracture who underwent total hip arthroplasty were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups,the early group(patients who got out of bed within 3 days after the operation)and the late group(patients who got out of bed after the operation 7 days),according to the time when theygot out of bed.Using the femoral vein velocity,hip Harris score and BADL index to evaluate the rehabilitation effect of the two groups.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in peak velocity and mean velocity of femoral venous flow between the two groups at 10 days postoperatively(P_(-peak speed)=0.040,P_-avrrage=0.019).There were no complications such as deep infection,pressure sore and deep venous thrombosis in the two groups.3 months after the surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in hip Harris scores between the two groups(P=0.063).6 months after surgery,the scores of the early group were significantly higher than those of the late group(P<0.001).The BADL index evaluation of the two groupspatients at 6 months after surgery showed that the number of patients who could live independently in the early group was more than it in the later group(P=0.027).Conclusion:The elderly femoral fracture after total hip replacement between the rotor early from bed activity,which can effectively promote the hip joint function recovery,shorter hospitalization period,improve patients quality of life in the future.
