摘    要:
介绍了神经血管耦合的概念和研究现状,从技术原理、技术特征等方面综述了光-电信号装置的研究进展及其在神经血管耦合研究中的应用进展,分析了光-电信号装置在神经血管耦合研究中的优势和不足,指出了未来光-电信号装置将为神经科学的脑血管疾病、神经退行性疾病和认知障碍疾病诊断和监测提供新的方向和技术手段.

Abstract:
The concept and research progress of neurovascular coupling were introduced,and the research progress of the optical-electric signal device and its application progress in neurovascular coupling research were reviewed in terms of technical principles and technical features.The advantages and disadvantages of the optical-electric signal device in neurovascular coupling research were analyzed,and it's pointed out that the optical-electric signal device would provide new directions and technical means for diagnosis and monitoring of cerebrovascular diseases,neurodegenerative diseases and cognitive impairment diseases in neuroscience in the future.
