军队健康管理人才培养现状

在军队开展健康管理,是适应新形势卫勤体制改革,保障部队官兵健康,提升部队整体战斗的有效措施。在国家深化改革过程中,出台一系列相关法规政策支持,军队和地方健康管理服务无论在学科体系、产业实践,还是在队伍建设、人才培养等方面,都取得长足的进展。随着健康管理服务行业深入发展,专业的健康管理服务人才越来越成为当下军地健康服务行业发展的主要瓶颈。健康管理人才队伍是有效实施健康管理的必要条件,本文就当前军队健康管理人才培养现状以及军队健康管理人才突出问题进行分析,就如何解决当下军队健康管理人才缺失矛盾,加快完善军队健康管理服务体系建设等进行讨论,为军队健康服务人才培养发展提供参考。

Current Situation of Health Management Personnel Cultivation of the PLA

To carry out health management in the army is an effective measure to ensure the health of the military officers and soldiers and to enhance the overall combat of the army under the new circumstances of the reform of the health service system.In the course of China's deepening reform,a series of relevant laws,regulations and policies have been introduced to support the military and civilian health management services,whether in the development of discipline system and industrial practices or in the improvement of team building and personnel training,with great progress achieved.With the in-depth development of health management service industry,cultivation of professional health management service personnel is becoming a key factor in the development of military and civilian health service industry.Since health management personnel team is a prerequisite for the effective implementation of health management,this paper analyzes the current status of military health management personnel training and some highlighted problems in military health management personnel cultivation.It also involves discussions on how to resolve the current shortage of military health management talents and to speed up the improvement of the military health management service system,thus providing reference for the training and development of military health service personnel.
