护士援鄂前应对新冠肺炎综合培训策略

目的提高援鄂护士针对新型冠状病毒肺炎的理论水平、防护技能和心理健康水平。方法抽组专家通过多种形式对自愿报名援鄂的55名护士进行为期5天的理论、防护技能综合培训,并采用焦虑自评表(SAS)对其心理干预效果进行评估。结果参加综合培训的护士理论考核成绩均优秀,洗手、个人防护装具穿脱等防护关键环节操作合格率提高(P<0.05),焦虑自评表(SAS)评分降低(P<0.05)。结论针对新型冠状病毒肺炎进行综合培训,有利于提高援鄂护士的理论水平和防护技能,也减轻其焦虑情绪,有助于全方位保障这场疫情阻击战的胜利。

Comprehensive Training Strategy for Novel Coronavirus before Nurses Aiding Hubei

Objective To improve the knowledge,protective skills and mental health about novel coronavirus pneumonia for nurses aiding Hubei.Methods 55 nurses who voluntarily signed up for Hubei Province were trained in theory and protection skills for 5 days by a variety of methods,and the effect of psychological intervention was evaluated by SAS.Results All the nurses who took part in the comprehensive training got excellent results in theory examination,the operation qualification rate of hand washing,wearing and taking off personal protective equipment and other key protection links increased(P<0.05),and the score of SAS decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive training for novel coronavirus pneumonia is helpful to improve the theoretical level and protective skills of nurses aiding Hubei,and also alleviate their anxiety.It will help to ensure the victory of this defensive combat in an all-round way.
