| 摘 要： | 基因组学与生物信息学分析技术是一门多学科交叉的工具类课程,致力于培养学生获取、分析和利用生物信息数据的能力。文章将成果导向型教学(OBE)理念应用在基础医学专业基因组学与生物信息学分析技术课程教学改革中,在OBE理念指导下进行了课程的重新设计和实施,并对教学改革的实施效果进行了调研。

| Abstract: | Genomics and bioinformatics analysis technology is a multidisciplinary tool course,devoted to cultivating the ability to acquire,analyze,and utilize bioinformatics data in students.This article applies the notion of outcome-based education(OBE)to the teaching reform in the course of the Genomics and Bioinformatics Analysis Technology.Under the guidance of the OBE concept,the curriculum was redesigned and implemented,and the effect of the teaching reform was investigated. |
