| 摘 要： | 通过对本科医学教育的深刻思考,设计了药学生物化学与分子生物学实验课程的教学改革,在综合性实验的基础上增加了设计性实验内容,讨论并分析了开展设计性实验的必要性、背景及意义,阐述了优化实验教学的设计方案,并通过问卷调查获得作为主体参与实验的同学的真实反馈。增加设计性实验教学,激发了学生学习的主动性和积极性,提高了教学质量,取得了较好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the deep thinking about undergraduate medical education,the teaching reform was designed in the pharmaceutical biochemistry and molecular biology experiment course,the content of designing experiment was added to comprehensive experiment,the necessity,background and significance of carrying out designing experiment were discussed and analyzed,and the design scheme of optimizing experimental teaching was expounded.The real feedback was obtained through a questionnaire survey from the students who participated in the experiment as the main body.The study shows that an increase in designing experiment can motivate the students,improve the quality of teaching,and achieve better teaching effect. |
