自拟宣肺止嗽汤联合小儿推拿对急性支气管炎(风热犯肺证)患儿临床疗效的影响

目的观察自拟宣肺止嗽汤联合小儿推拿对急性支气管炎(风热犯肺证)患儿临床疗效、证候评分及炎症因子的影响。方法急性支气管炎(风热犯肺证)患儿92例采用随机数字表法分为两组各46例。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上加以自拟宣肺止嗽汤联合小儿推拿治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、咳嗽症状积分、中医证候积分、咳嗽症状转归情况、炎症因子水平及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的82.61%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者日间咳嗽症状积分、夜间咳嗽症状积分及中医证候积分均明显下降,但观察组下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。观察组患者止咳起效时间、咳嗽缓解时间及咳嗽消失时间均较对照组更短(P<0.05)。观察组患者止咳起效时间、咳嗽缓解时间及咳嗽消失时间均较对照组更短(P<0.05)。对照组共出现2例不良反应,观察组共出现4例不良反应,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西医常规治疗基础上加以自拟宣肺止嗽汤联合小儿推拿治疗较单独使用西医常规治疗可有效提高急性支气管炎(风热犯肺证)患儿临床疗效,改善咳嗽症状积分及中医证候积分,并有效缓解炎症反应且具有较好的安全性。

Effect of Self-made Xuanfei Zhisou Decoction Combined with Pediatric Massage on the Clinical Efficacy in Children with Acute Bronchitis Caused by Wind-heat Invading Lung

Objective:To explore the effect of adding self-made Xuanfei Zhisou Decoction combined with pediatric massage on the clinical efficacy,syndrome scores and inflammatory factors in children with acute bronchitis caused by wind-heat invading lung.Methods:A total of 92 children with acute bronchitis of wind-heat invading lung-type acute bronchitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected for study.Random number table method was used to divide patients into 2 groups,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was added with self-made Xuanfei Zhisou Decoction combined with pediatric massage.The clinical efficacy,cough symptom score,TCM syndrome score,cough symptom outcome,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 82.61%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough symptom in day,night cough symptom and TCM syndrome were significantly decreased in both groups,but the observation group decreased more(P<0.05).The cough onset time,cough relief time and cough disappearance time of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The cough onset time,cough relief time and cough disappearance time of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).There were 2 cases of adverse reactions in the control group and 4 cases in the observation group,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,self-made Xuanfei Zhisou Decoction combined with pediatric massage therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of wind-heat invading lung-type acute bronchitis in children,improve cough symptom score and TCM syndrome score,and effectively alleviate inflammatory reaction with high safety.
