| 摘 要： | 健康医疗大数据的应用在激发医药卫生体制的活力,提升健康医疗服务效率和质量的同时,也蕴含着隐私泄露、知情同意、数据失真、公平受益等伦理问题。通过加强法律规范、强化伦理规约、加大技术创新、培育数据人才等举措,引导大数据在医疗领域良性发展,以期促进和谐健康医疗大数据生态的形成,更好地服务于人类健康水平的提升。 |

| Abstract: | The application of big data in healthcare stimulates the vitality of the medical and health system and improves the efficiency and quality of healthcare services.At the same time,it also contains ethical issues such as privacy disclosure,informed consent,data distortion and fair benefit.By reinforcing legal norms,strengthening ethical regulations,enhancing technological innovation,and data talents cultivating to guide the healthy development of big data in the medical field,in order to promote the formation of harmonious healthcare big data ecology,and better serve the improvement of human health. |
