溪黄草甲素的结构研究

摘    要:从溪黄草Rabdosia serra(Maxim.)Hara干叶、茎中共分得八个化合物,其中化合物Ⅲ~Ⅷ经鉴定分别为excisanin A(Ⅲ),kamebakaurin(Ⅳ),2α-羟基乌苏酸(Ⅴ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ),乌苏酸(Ⅶ)和β-谷甾醇D-葡萄糖甙(Ⅷ)。Ⅰ为新化合物,经光谱分析和衍生物制备证明其结构为1,14-二羟基,7,20,19,20-二环氧-16-贝壳杉烯-15-酮,命名为溪黄草甲素。药理实验表明化合物Ⅰ,Ⅲ和Ⅳ对Hela细胞具有显著的抑制作用。

Abstract:Eight constituents were isolated from the leaves and stem of Rabdosia serra (Maxim) Hara, one of them is a new diterpenoid named rabdoserrin A (Ⅰ). Its structure was confirmed as ent-1,14-dihydroxy-7,20; 19,20-diepoxy(1a, 4a, 7a, 14R, 20R)-kaur-16-en-15-one by spectroscopic and chemical methods. Six known compounds were identified as excisanin A (Ⅲ), kamebakaurin (Ⅳ), 2α, 3β-dihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid (Ⅴ),β-sitosterol (Ⅵ), ursolic acid (Ⅶ) and β-sitosterolglucoside (Ⅷ), respectively. (Ⅰ), (Ⅲ) and (Ⅳ;) showed in vitro cytotoxicity against cultured Hela cells.
