| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨电视胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸的效果。方法：回顾分析19例自发性气胸的临床资料，VATS7例，VAMT12例。结果：手术顺利，术后平均住院时间7．9d，胸腔置管平均3．5d。无手术切口感染及再次开胸手术。结论：电视胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸安全、可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of spontaneous pneumatothorax by Video-assisted Minithracotomy. Methods:Clinical materials of 19 case of spontaneous pneumatothorax were reviewed retrospectively. 7 was VATS ,12 was VAMT. Results: The operation of the patients was successful. The average time in hospital was 7. 9 days and intrathoracic drain retention after operation was 3. 5 days. No infection and recur happened in all patients. Conclusion:The mirror operative treatment spontaneity pneumothorax of thorax of the TV is safe, reliable. |
