| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水的疗效。方法:随机将病人分为治疗组37例和对照组37例,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察两组治疗前后肝功能和肝纤维化指标改善情况。结果:治疗组在总有效率和改善肝功能、肝纤维化指标方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合确为治疗肝硬化的有效方法之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect on ascites due to cirrhosis treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese trraditional and western medicine.Method: Patients were randomly divided into 37 cases in treatment group and 37 cases in control group.Cases in the treatment group were treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine,western routine therapy was used in the control group.The improvement of liver function and indexes of liver fibrosis were observed before and after treatment.Results: The total effective rate,improvement of liver function and indexes of liver fibrosis were significantly superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of combination of Chinese trraditional and western medicine was one of the effective methods for treating ascites due to cirrhosis. |
