椎板切除术治疗游离型腰椎间盘突出症

目的:探讨游离型腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗方法和疗效。方法:对23例游离型腰椎间盘突出症患者,男17例,女6例,年龄53—78岁,平均61.5岁,其中L3/44例,L4/513例,L5/S16例。23例均行手术治疗,其中7例行半椎板切除术,16例行全椎板切除术。结果:23例均获得随访,时间4个月一5年,平均26个月。按照Masato等拟定的评定标准:优11例,良9例,好转2例,差1例,优良率为86.9656(20/23),除2例发生脑脊液漏外,无明显手术并发证。结论:椎板切除术是治疗游离型腰椎间盘突出症的好方法。

Laminectomy to Treat Sequestration-type Lumber Disc Herniation

Objective:To explore the effect and operativemethods of sequestration-type lumberdischerniation.Methods:Therewere 23 cases of sequestration-type lumber disc herniation,male 17,female 6,the average age 61.5(from 53 to 78),4cases appeared in L3/4,13 cases in L4/5,and 6 cases in L5/S1.23 cases had been operated,7cases under hemilaminectomy and 17 cases laminectomy.Results:From 4 months to 5 years with average 26 months were followed up in all the cases,showed 11 casesas excellent,9 casesas good,excellent and good rate were 86.96%(20/23).Two cerebrospinal fluid leak occurred after operation,no other operative sequela.Conclusions:Laminectomy is good to treat sequestration-type lumberdischerniation.
