摘    要:
骨自优化理论在研究骨的生长机理,以及预测非正常情况下(如骨折后的修复,多孔覆盖植入物附近骨的生长过程等)骨的适应过程具有非常重要的意义,是从宏观角度研究受力与生长的关系。本文将骨自优化理论和有限元法结合起来,用计算机模拟了悬臂梁模型的密度分布及激励情况,得到了类似于工程中的杵架结构。重点讨论了参考激励值K固定时,初始均匀密度的变化对结构最终形状和质量的影响。并用骨痂吸收的实际例子再一次验证了初始均

Abstract:
It is a heat point to studying the relation between load and growth from macroscopic angle. The apparent density distribution and the stimulus of a cantilever beam were simulated in a computer model by combining the self-optimizing theory of bone with the finite element method. A configuration similar to a frame work in engineering was achieved. The effect of initial uniform density on the end configuration and mass were vitally discussed with a fixed reference value. The absorption of auxiliary bone was cited again to verify the effect of initial uniform density.
