| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨咳嗽变异型哮喘 (CVA)的临床及肺功能特征。方法 :选择 30例CVA患者及 2 0例健康对照者行肺功能检查 ,30例CVA患者行气道反应性测定 ,并分析其临床及肺功能特征。结果 :CVA患者以干咳为主要表现 ,无喘息。肺通气功能无明显异常 ,但气道反应性测定阳性。结论 :慢性顽固性干咳患者 ,行肺功能及气道反应性测定 ,有助于CVA诊断的确定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the characteristics of clinical and pulmonary functional changes in patients with cough van ant asthma (CVA).Methods Clinical changes, pulmonary function changes and/or bronchial responsiveness were measured and analysed in 30 cases with CVA and 20 cases healthy subjects.Results:There is no obvious abnormality on pulmonary function in patients with CVA. The patients of CVA have a high bronchial response.Conclusion It is helpful to measure the pulmonary function and bronchial responsiveness on the diagnosis of CVA. |
