| 摘 要： | 对南瓜多糖的提取分离纯化、纯品含量测定、多糖组成摩尔比测定及其药理作用的研究概况进行了综述。南瓜多糖具有降血糖、降血脂、抗癌及增强红细胞免疫吸附等作用，开发前景广阔。

| Abstract: | To summarize survey of study of Pumpkin polysaccharide on extraction and separation and the determination of Purification degree and monosaccharide composition and the determination of its molar ratio and its pharmacological actions. The pumpkin polysaccharide exhibits blood glucose lowering, blood lipid lowering, anti-tumour activity and enhance immunompetence. It will have broad prospect of development. |
