临床护士疼痛共情能力现状及影响因素研究

目的 调查临床护士的疼痛共情现状,分析其影响因素,为促使临床护士在内在驱动力作用下更好地执行疼痛管理相关的制度和规范提供依据。方法 对2020年11月至2021年1月浙江省两家三级综合性医院的489名临床护士采用一般资料调查表、疼痛共情量表中文版和负性情绪量表进行调查。结果 临床护士疼痛共情平均（2.80±0.79）分,疼痛共情低水平的发生率为48.06%（235/489）;多元线性回归分析结果显示临床护士疼痛共情能力受诸多因素影响,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 护理管理者可根据临床护士疼痛共情的影响因素制定相应措施,改善临床护士疼痛共情能力,从而优化疼痛管理。

Occurrence of pain empathy of clinical nurses and its influencing factors

Objective To investigate the current situation of pain empathy among clinical nurses, analyze its influencing factors, and provide the basis for promoting clinical nurses to better implement the system and norms related to pain management under the influence of internal driving force. Methods A total of 489 clinical nurses in two tertiary general hospitals of Zhejiang Province from November 2020 to January 2021 were investigated using the general data questionnaire, the Chinese version of pain empathy scale and negative emotion scale. Results The average score of pain empathy among clinical nurses was (2.80±0.79), and the incidence of low levels of pain empathy was 48.06% (235/489). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed clinical nurses pain empathy ability were influenced by many factors, and all differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Nursing managers can improve the pain management of clinical nurses by formulating corresponding measures according to the factors affecting pain empathy of clinical nurses.
