同种异体肝移植手术的护理配合

目的：介绍同种异体肝移植手术的各项术前准备及术中护理配合。方法：做好患及术前准备工作，熟悉手术步骤及用物要求，术中密切观察配合。结果：6例手术平均时长9．3h，3例患健在，另外3例生存时间分别为160d、7d、4d。结论：做好充分术前准备，术中严密监测，医护默契配合，可为手术成功创造条件。

Cooperative nursing of allogeneic hepatic implantation operation

Objective :To intrduce the pre-operation preparation and nursing during allogeneic heptic . Methods : Do the patients and pre-operation preparation work ,be familiar with operation steps and aplance requirement ,and watchful monitoring during operation. Results : The average time of 6 operations was 9.3h, 3 patients were still alive ,the other three lived 160d, 7d, 4d respectively . Conclusion : Doing full preparation ,watchful monitoring cooperative coordination can create condition for successful operation .
