| 摘 要： | 目的发掘医院文化内涵、塑造医院个性品牌,增强医院全面建设的强劲动力。方法在精神文明建设实践中,探索和总结医院文化建设的模式做法和成果。结果加强了人文关怀,推动了医院的管理运营,提高了医院管理水平和品牌效应。结论优秀的医院文化可以促成优秀医院的形成和发展,优秀的医院有自己优秀的医院文化。
