尿激酶在急性心肌梗死溶栓中的疗效和安全性观察

目的讨论应用尿激酶溶栓对急性心肌梗死患者进行治疗的临床效果以及安全性。方法选取我院2011年7月-2013年6月收治治疗的80例急性心肌梗死患者,随机的把其分成观察组与对照组,其中对照组选择常规抗血栓方法实施治疗,而观察组则选择尿激酶溶栓方法实施治疗。结果两组患者经过有效的治疗后,观察组患者的临床疗效明显的高于对照组,同时,观察组患者发生不良反应的概率明显的低于对照组。结论对于急性心肌梗死患者来说,采取尿激酶溶栓方法实施治疗具备着显著的临床效果,其可以有效的使血管再通率得到提升,并使发生心血管事件的概率降低,其值得广泛的在临床中被推广使用。

Clinical efficacy and safety of urokinase in treatment of acute myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of urokinase for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods Eighty patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to our hospital from July 2011 to June 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional antithrombotic treatment, while the observation group was given urokinase. Results After effective treatment, the observation group had significantly better clinical outcomes and fewer adverse reactions compared with the control group. Conclusion For patients with acute myocardial infarction, urokinase has a significant clinical effect. It increases the reeanalization rate and reduces the incidence rate of cardiovascular events, so it merits wider clinical application.
