腹主动脉瘤支架置入术后处理

目的探讨腹主动脉瘤支架植入术后的处理方法,提高治疗效果,减少并发症的发生。方法收集我院自2011年4月至2014年2月收治的腹主动脉瘤患者38例,分为对照组和观察组,各19例。均采用支架置入术,术后对照组给予常规的护理治疗方式,观察组在常规护理治疗的基础上给予科学的康复干预处理。1个月后观察比较两组的疗效。结果对照组14例患者术后康复良好,康复率73.7%,4例患者出现较重并发症,1例患者病情加重死亡;观察组18例患者康复良好,康复率94.7%,1例出现较重并发症,无死亡病例。结论观察组患者康复率94.7%明显高于对照组康复率73.7%,并发症少于对照组,得出腹主动脉瘤支架置入术后,给予科学的康复干预处理,可以有效的提高患者康复率,减短康复时间,并发症少,值得临床推广和应用。

Postoperative care of patients undergoing stent implantation for abdominal aortic aneurysm

Objective To investigate the postoperative care of patients undergoing stent implantation for abdominal aortic aneurysm, and to improve their clinical outcomes and reduce complications. Methods Thirty-eight patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm who were admitted to our hospital from April 2011 to February 2014 were equally divided into control group and observation group. After all patients received the stent implantation, the control group was given routine postoperative care, while the observation group was given routine postoperative care and scientific rehabilitation intervention. The clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared one month later. Results In the control group, 14 （73.7%） patients recovered well, 4 patients had severe complications, and 1 patient died. In the observation group, 18 （94.7%） patients recovered well, and there was one case of severe complications and no death. Conclusion The observation group had a significantly higher recovery rate （94.7% vs. 73.7%） and fewer complications compared with the control group. The result suggests that after stent implantation for abdominal aortic aneurysm, the scientific rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve patients＂ recovery rate, shorten recovery time, and reduce complications, so it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
