| 摘 要： | 北京市１９９１年起建立了脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）监测系统，将１５岁以下不明原因急性弛缓性麻痹（ＡＦＰ）病例作为监测对象，不断提高监测系统敏感性、及时性、完整性，为北京市消灭脊灰证实提供了科学的依据。１９９１年以来共报告并经调查确认的本中１１０例ＡＦＰ病例，参照卫生部的综合诊断标准，均排除脊灰野病毒病例，仅发生口服脊灰疫苗（ＯＰＶ）相关病例（ＶＡＰＰ）２例，不排除ＶＡＰＰ２例，ＡＦＰ病例接触者及１５岁以下儿童粪便标本未分离出脊灰野病毒，表明北京市１５岁以下儿童已基本阻断脊灰野病毒传播。

| Abstract: | he polio surveillance systen1 in Beijing wns established in 1 99 1.It ta kes unidentified AFP cases under 15 years old children as its surveillance targets.The sensitivity,timeliness and integrity of this system is continuously rdised.This system has provided an strong basis for eliminating poliomyelitis in Beijing,Sinee 1991 a total of 11 0MP cases were reported and were confirmed through investigation.According to the standands of comprehensive diagnosis sct down by the M inistry of Public Health,the cases concerning wild-type poliomyelitis could be ruled out,ouly two VAPP cases and two suspected VAPP caseS occurred.No wild-type polio virus was isolated from fecal specimens of the contacts of the AFP cases and children under 15 years old.This observation showed that the transmission of wild-type polio virus has been blocked in population under 15 yeals old. |
