谷胱甘肽预防奥沙利铂神经毒性的疗效观察

目的:评价谷胱甘肽对奥沙利铂神经毒性的防治效果。方法:对70例应用奥沙利铂联合化疗治疗胃肠道肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析。预防治疗组:44例中,男36例,女8例;年龄22～75岁,平均年龄48岁。对照组:26例中,男20例,女6例;年龄19～70岁,平均年龄45岁。预防治疗组化疗前2天开始使用还原型谷胱甘肽,每日1200mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注,至化疗后3～5天。对照组只予以保肝、对症治疗,不使用谷胱甘肽。结果:对照组奥沙利铂神经毒性的发生率为46.15%(12/26),预防组为13.64%(6/44),经统计学分析,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:谷胱甘肽对预防奥沙利铂的神经毒性有较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Observation on the efficacy of glutathione in prevention of neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin

Objective:To evaluate the effect of glutathione on the neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients who received oxaliplatin-based combined chemotherapy was analyzed retrospectively.The prevention therapy group included 44 patients(36 males and 8 females)aged from 22 to 75 years old with the average age of 48 years old.The control group included 26 patients(20 males and 6 females)aged from 10 to 70 years old with average age of 45 years old.The patients in the prevention therapy group were intravenously infused reduced glutathione in 250 mL of 5% glucose solution at 1200 mg/d which began at 2 days before chemotherapy and lasted for 3-5 days postchemotherapy.The patients in the control group were given conventional liver-protection therapy only.They did not receive glutathione treatment.Results:The occurrence rate of neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin was 46.15%(12/26)in the control group and 13.64%(6/44)in the prevention therapy group.Statistical analysis indicated that the difference was remarkably different(P<0.01).Conclusion:Glutathione has better therapeutic effects in prevention of neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin and is worthy of application and popularization in clinical practice.
