| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测异位内膜、在位内膜和正常子宫内膜组织中VEGF的表达。结果:①VEGF在3组内膜的腺体及间质细胞中均有表达,主要定位于细胞浆。异位内膜、在位内膜VEGF阳性率高于正常对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),异位内膜与在位内膜相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05);②VEGF的阳性表达无周期性变化。结论:异位内膜组织中VEGF的过度表达与异位内膜组织的血管生成密切相关,VEGF在子宫内膜异位症的发生中发挥作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in the pathogenesis of endometriosis(EMs).Methods:A total of 60 specimens of endometriosis and 30 specimens of the normal controls were evaluated by immunohistological technique with polyclonal antibody against VEGF..Results:The expression levels of VEGF in ectopic and eutopic endometrium tissues was significantly higher than that in the normal endometrium(P<0.001).Compared with eutopic endometrium,the expression of VEGF in ectopic endometrium showed no significance(P>0.05).No cyclic variation was observed in ectopic and normal endometrium.However,VEGF content was found to be higher in ectopic endometrium during secretory phase than that during proliferative phase.Conclusion:VEGF was over expressed in endometriotic tissues. There was the closed relationship between VEGF and endometriosis angiogenesis.VEGF could play an important role in the progression of endometriosis. |
