腹壁皮下埋植法保留严重热压伤致毁损手掌的临床应用

目的: 探讨保留严重热压伤致毁损手掌的方法。方法: 将严重毁损的手掌扩创后埋植于腹部皮下,4~6周后连同腹壁皮肤一同切下,手掌面包膜外植皮,或扩大切取腹壁皮肤,修成超薄皮瓣后包裹手掌创面。结果: 残手得以保存,并不同程度地保存部分功能,患者心理、社会适应状态良好。结论: 腹壁皮下埋植法可以保留重伤或毁损手掌,对患者的心理和生理治疗起着积极的作用。

Clinical application of abdominal wall subcutaneous embedding method for reservation of severely damaged hands by hot crush

Objective:To investigate the methods of reservation of severe hot crush injured palms.Methods:After the wounds were enlarged,the severe hot crush injured palms were embedded under abdominal wall subcutaneous tissue and then the palms together with the skin of abdominal wall were cut off after 4 to 6 weeks.The palm's amicula was skingrafted or enlagered.The skin of abdominal wall was obtained,and then sliced into ultrathin skin flaps to parcel plam's wounds.Results:Leftover hand's abdominal wall subcutaneous embedding method can conserve partly hand's function and patients have good social accommodation condition.Conclusions:Abdominal wall sub-skin embedding method can conserve severely impaired palms with energetically physical and mental value.
