| 摘 要： | 目的探讨介入栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤37例临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的37例颅内动脉瘤患者的临床资料。结果37例患者介入栓塞治疗后生命能力评分（ADL）和神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）较治疗前均有明显改善,P〈0.05差异均有统计学意义。术后影像学检查35例致密填塞,2例动脉瘤大部分填塞,无异位填塞和永久并发症,无死亡。结论介入栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤可以提高临床疗效,降低致死、致残的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach clinical curative effect of cases intracranial aneurysm by endovascular embolism. Methods To retrospective analyze the clinical data of 37 cases intracranial aneurysm patients. Results The ADL and NIHSS of 37 cases patients were obviously amelioration P〈0.05,the difference has statistical significance.After operations 35 cases were compact obturation, 2 cases intracranial aneurysm were bulk obturation,no one was allotropic obturation and eternal complication,no one was dead. Conclusion The clinical curative effect was improved,the Mutilation,causing death was depressed of intracranial aneurysm by endovascular embolism. |
