武汉市大学生心理卫生服务利用现状调查

目的：了解大学生利用心理卫生服务的现状，以便更好地开展心理卫生服务。方法：采用，自拟的大学生利用心理卫生服务现状的调查问卷对546名大学生进行调查。结果：有41．8％的人曾经有接受心理卫生服务的需要，但接受过心理卫生服务的只占14．5％；大学生选择的服务人员、机构和形式分别为心理治疗师、网络咨询机构和心理咨询；不同性别、不同学校的大学生所考虑的问题有显著差别。结论：有心理困扰而未及时寻求心理卫生服务者占大多数；心理卫生服务人员的素质，服务机构的种类、形式、经济性、社会文化环境等都影响大学生选择心理卫生服务。

An Investigation of the Current Status of the Utilization of Psychological Health Service by Wuhan College Students

Objective：The paper aims at the study of the status of the use of mental health service by college students, and the promotion of mental health service.Method：546 college students were investigated with the self-made questionnaire on the status of college students using mental health service.Result：41.8% have had the need of mental health service,but only 14.5% have accepted it.College students are willing to choose psychological therapists,network counseling institutions and psychological consultation as mental health service providers,agency and form.There arc differences in the process of seeking mental health service for students of different sexes and colleges.Conclusion：Most of college students with psychological problems do not accept mental health service timely.The quality of mental health service providers,the category of service agencies, the service form,the economy of service,and social and cultural environment all have influence on college students using mental health service.
