探讨宫腔镜联合超声检查在异常子宫出血中的诊断价值

探讨宫腔镜联合超声检查在异常子宫出血中的诊断价值。方法：将110例异常子宫出血,先进行B超筛查,得出B超诊断,再予以B超引导下进行宫腔镜检查,得宫腔镜联合B超诊断,常规取内膜活检,必要时诊刮或组织病理检查,最后将两种诊断与病理检查结果比较。结果：B超诊断与病理诊断符合率为45．5％,宫腔镜联合B超诊断与病理诊断符合率77．3％,明显高于单纯超声诊断（P〈0．05）。结果B超对异常子宫出血的诊断具有较高的敏感性。但特异性较低,宫腔镜则具有较高的敏感性和特异性。结论：宫腔镜联合B超是异常子宫出血的必要诊断手段,属无创性检查方法。且可重复,价格低廉,提高了妇女子宫异常出血诊断的准确性。值得临床应用

The results of TVS for the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding have a high sensitivi- ty, but the specificity low, then hysteroscopy has high sensitivity and specificity. Conclusion： Hysteroscopy combined B--is nec- essary for diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding hands down, is a non--invasive examination methods. And repeatable, low-- cost, improve women＇s accuracy of diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding, it is worth clinical applieation
