| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肿瘤标记物联合检测诊断肝癌的临床价值.方法 采用化学发光免疫分析法检测60例肝癌患者及60例健康体检者的血清甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原、CA125、CA153、CA199进行对照分析.结果 观察组甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原、CA125、CA153、CA199水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 联合检测肿瘤标记物在肝癌的诊断中具有较高的临床价值,可增加其准确性. |

| Abstract: | Objective Explore tumor markers joint detection and diagnosis of liver cancer clinical value.Methods The chemical luminescence immune analysis detection 60 cases liver cancer patients and 60 cases the healthy check-up of serum protein,a tire carcinoma antigen,CA125 embryo,CA153,CA199 and make comparison analysis.Results Observe a tire protein,cancer qol embryo antigens,CA125,CA153,CA199 level obviously higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion United detection tumor markers in the diagnosis of liver cancer has high clinical value,can increase the accuracy. |
