| 摘 要： | 目的比较肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)、微波消融治疗(PMCT)及TACE+PMCT 3种介入治疗方案对原发性肝癌的临床疗效,为制定治疗方案,提高原发性肝癌(PHC)的治疗疗效提供依据。方法回顾性分析107例分别进行TACE、PMCT及TACE+PMCT 3种介入治疗方案治疗的原发性肝癌病例的临床疗效。结果 3组中以TACE+PMCT治疗效果最好,生存率最高,血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)改善以及肝功能分级改善情况以TACE+PMCT组最佳。结论TACE+PMCT疗效显著,治疗后AFP及肝功能改善情况显著优于单纯TACE或PMCT方案,是治疗原发性肝癌的疗效确切、安全、微创的综合治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To provide a theory-based evidence for the formulation of treatment plan,the effects of inter-ventional treatment by comparing interventional treatments transcatheter arterial chembolization(TACE),percutanousn microwave coagulation therapy(PMCT) and TACE+PMCT for primary hepatic cancer(PHC).Methods One hundred and seven PHC patients treated with TACE,PMCT and TACE+PMCT were studied retrospectively.Results Of the 3 groups,TACE+PMCT group obtained the best curative effect,the highest survival rate,the best achievement on reducing AFP value and the improvement of liver functional also happened in TACE+PMCT group.Conclusion TACE+PMCT treament has notably curative effect.With TACE+PMCT treatment,the decrease of AFP value after treatment and the improvement of liver function on paients are also obviously better than treated with either TACE or PMCT,It is a safe and effective method in the treatment of PHC with few complication. |
