及术颗粒对大鼠抗应激性胃溃疡的实验研究

摘    要:
目的:观察及术颗粒抗应激性胃溃疡的作用机理。方法:将50只大鼠造模为应激性胃溃疡,随机分为模型组,及术颗粒高、中、低剂量组,雷尼替丁组。及术颗粒高、中、低剂量组分别以1.56g/kg、0.78g/kg、0.39g/kg给药,雷尼替丁组以1.95g/kg给药,模型组不给药。4天后处死,观察其溃疡指数、溃疡发生率和溃疡抑制率。结果:及术颗粒高、中、低剂量组均能明显降低胃溃疡模型的溃疡指数,高、中剂量组与模型组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P〈0.05);及术颗粒高、中、低剂量组与雷尼替丁组比较,差异均无显著性意义(P〉0.05)。及术颗粒低剂量组溃疡抑制率略低于雷尼替丁组,而中、高剂量组作用稍强。结论:及术颗粒对大鼠胃溃疡有明显的预防作用。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the mechanism of Jizhu granules (JZG) for counteracting stress gastric ulcer (SGU) . Methods: 50 rats were allocated to model group (MG), high dose of JZG group (HJG), middle dose of JZG group (MJG), low dose of JZG group (LJG) and ranitidine group (RG) randomly. The HJG, MJG and LJG were given 1. 56g/kg, 0. 78g/kg and 0. 39g/ kg of JZG individually, the RG by 1. 95g/kg of ranitidine and MG absence of medication. After 4 days, executed the rats, the parameters of ulcer, the incidence rate of ulcer and inhibitory rate of ulcer were observed. Results: The HJG, MJG and LJG were markedly decreased the parameters of ulcer, the comparison of HJG and MG with MG showed markedly significant diffenence (P < 0. 05). the comparison of HJG, MJG and LJG with RG showed no significant difference (P > 0. 05), the inhibitory rate of LJG was slightly lower than RG but MJG and HJG were slightly higher than RG, Conclusion: JZG possesses marked prevention for gastric ulcer in rats
