| 摘 要： | 门静脉癌栓是影响肝癌患者预后的最重要因素之一.文章系统回顾了门静脉癌栓的形成机制、诊断及治疗方面的进展.虽然癌栓可通过影像学检查(尤其是术中B超)得以发现,但癌栓治疗效果一直不能令人满意.术中肿瘤切除加门静脉取栓、加术后肝动脉、门静脉双灌注化疗等综合治疗是目前应用较多的疗法.

| Abstract: | Portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT) is one of the most important factors resulting in the poor prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. The improvement of growth mechanism and diagnosis and treatment of PVTT are retrospected in this article. For the diagnosis of PVTT, it is easier to be detected by iconography especially intraoperative ultrasonography,but the efficacy of the treatment of PVTT isn't also satisfying. Tumor resection with PVTT removal, postoperative infusion through hepatic artery and portal vein,etc are the common therapy to prolong the overall survival. |
