针刺对缺血性中风肢体功能和智能恢复的影响

目的探讨针刺对缺血性中风的干预作用。方法将123例患者采用分层(疾病分期)随机的方法,分为治疗组63例(急性期18例,急性后期45例)和对照组60例(急性期17例,急性后期43例);两组各期均给予醒脑静20ml静脉滴注,治疗组同时加用针刺疗法。分别观察治疗后两组肢体功能和智能恢复的效果。结果急性期(0～14d):治疗组治疗后临床症状明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组在神经功能缺损积分、Brunnstrom偏瘫积分、ADL指数、lovett肌力分级指数等方面比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。急性后期(15d～180d):治疗组治疗后病情、临床症状、Brunnstrom偏瘫积分、lovett肌力分级指数、MMSE积分等方面有明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论①针刺早期干预急性期缺血性中风具有一定的临床优势,同时针刺疗法具有良好的安全性;②针刺能够改善急性后期缺血性中风患者的症状,提高生活质量,具有良好的安全性。

Effects of Acupuncture on Limbs Function and Cognitive Recovery of Ischemic Apoplexy

Objective To explore the intervening effect of acupuncture on ischemic apoplexy through systemic comparison. Methods The intervening effect of acupuncture on limbs function and cognitive recovery of ischemic apoplexy was observed by means of separate dimension (0-14 days and 15 days-6 months) and randomization (acupuncture and control). Results At the acute stage(0-14 d), acupuncture could significantly improve clinical symptoms; after treatment, comparison between the acupuncture group and the control group showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in score of neural function impairment and Brunnstrom paralysis, ADL indices, Lovett myodynamia gradation. The acupuncture group was improved better than control group. Remission stage(15 d-6 m): After the treatment of acupuncture, the pathological condition, clinical symptoms, Brunnstrom paralysis score, Lovett myodynamia gradation and MMSE score were improved. The acupuncture group was improved better than control group. Conclusion Early intervention of ischemic apoplexy at the acute stage with acupuncture was somewhat significant in terms of clinical treatment. Besides, acupuncture is safe in treating apoplexy. Acupuncture can relieve the symptoms of ischemic apoplexy at the remission stage and improve the living quality of the patients.
