超声造影在膀胱疾病中的应用价值

目的评估超声造影在常见膀胱疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法对76例常规膀胱超声检查异常患者进行超声造影检查，参照病理结果将常规二维超声与超声造影诊断的符合率进行比较。结果常规二维超声检查：膀胱炎14例，膀胱肿瘤56例，膀胱憩室6例；超声造影检查：膀胱炎22例，膀胱肿瘤48例，膀胱憩室6例；两者的符合率具有统计学差异。结论超声造影检查在常见膀胱疾病诊断中优于常规二维超声，具有很高的应用价值。

Application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis of bladder diseases

Objective To evaluate the application value of contrast enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in diagnosis of bladder diseases.Methods Seventy-six patients with bladder diseases were examined by contrast enhanced ultrasonography. All the cases were confirmed by pathology, the coincidence of 2D Ultrasonography was compared with that of contrast-enhanced ultrasongraphy.Results Examined by conventional 2D ultrasound, there were 14 cases of cystitis, 56 cases of bladder tumor and 6 cases of diverticulum of bladder.While examined by CEUS, there were 22 cases of cystitis, 48 cases of bladder tumor and 6 cases of diverticulum of bladder. There was significant difference in coincidence between 2D ultrasonography and CEUS. Conclusion CEUS is better than conventional 2D ultrasound in diagnosis of bladder diseases, and it has high application value.
