摘    要:
本文报告用福尔马林溶液注射加医用肠线环扎建立犬髂总动脉狭窄模型的方法。30条存活3个月以上的犬,60支血管经造影证明有不同程度狭窄或完全阻塞者占91. 7%。组织学检查与非粥样硬化性大动脉炎的表现相似。该方法的建立为研究非粥样硬化性血管狭窄的介入治疗提供了较理想的实验动物模型。

Abstract:
An animal model of arterial sternosis was established successfully for 60 iliac arteries in 30 dogs. 10% formaldehyde was injected into the adventitial and medial layers of lilac artery which was then ligated with chromized catgut.Follow-up angiographic examination at 3th and 6th month showed mild stenosis in 11,moderate-severe stenosis in 24, complete occlusion in 20 and no significant change in 5 arteries. Histopathologic study, of the vessels showed characteristic changes of nonatherosclerotic arteritis.This study demonstrated that it is possible to establish animal model of non-atherosclerotic arterial lesion and to study the pathologic mechanism and efficacy of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) for its treatment.
