| 摘 要： | 本文报道了用氨气敏电极法测定329例正常人血腺苷脱氨酶活性,大多数人在10. 00～39.81单位之间;儿童与成年人存在显著性差异(P<0.01),儿童组M±SD=26.58±10.08单位,成人组M±SD=20.01±9.36单位。儿童正常值95％上限为46.46单位,下限为9.89单位;成人正常值95％上限为42.98单位,下限为8.81单位。 |

| Abstract: | Measurements of ADA activity might behelpful in the diagnosis of a wide varietyof hematological malignancies and immuno-deficiency disease. To establish thenormal value of ADA activity in theChinese will be of great importance, butno such data have ever been reported. This paper reports a study of normalvalue of ADA activity by ammonia gas-sensing electrode method for 329 healthysubjects in Chengdu, Sichuan aged from 0 to74,all measures were taken under random-ized condition. Statistical analysis wasmade on different age groups.It was foundthat the ADA activity in whole bloodranges from 10.00 to 39.81 units. The upper limit of ADA activity in thechildren group at 95% level is 46.46 unitsand the lower is 9.89 units; the upperlimit of the adult group at the same levelis 42.98 units and the lower is 8.81 unitson the basis of statistics in percentage.TheADA activity of adult is lower than thatof the children group (P<0.01). |
