| 摘 要： | 目的评价银花解毒颗粒治疗上呼吸道感染及流行性感冒风热证的疗效与安全性。方法以抗病毒冲剂为对照药,进行随机、双盲、阳性平行对照、多中心临床试验。结果两组综合疗效、症状体征疗效比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论银花解毒颗粒治疗上呼吸道感染及流行性感冒风热证具有一定的疗效,临床试验中未发现明显的不良反应。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of Yinhua Jiedu Granule in treating wind-heat syndrome of upper respiratory infection and influenza . Methods A double-blind,randomized,parallel-control and multi-center trial was carried out and Kangbingdu Granule served as positive control. Results There were no significant differences between the two group in total therapeutic effect and in improving symptoms and signs(P > 0.05).No adverse reactions were found during the clinical trial. Conclusion Yinhua Jiedu Granule is effective and safe in treating wind-heat syndrome of upper respiratory infection and influenza. |
