| 摘 要： | 采用单纯主动脉吻合于腹主动脉的心肺联合移植手术和双血管即主动脉和肺动脉分别吻合于腹主动脉和下腔静脉的心脏移植手术，从手术后12h成活率，术后12~72h成活率以及术后清理改变等方面进行比较分析，我们认为在作心脏移植排斥反应模型时应用双血管吻合的心脏移植方法较好。
