造血干细胞疾病患者血清可溶性Fas水平的变化

为了探讨再生障碍性贫血，骨髓增生异常综合征和急性白血病等造血干细胞疾病患者血清可溶性Ｆａｓ受体水平及其临床意义。采用ＥＬＳＡ法检测了３０例ＡＡ，１８例ＭＤＳ和４２例ＡＬ患者血清ｓＦａｓ受体水平。结果发现与对照组比较，ＡＡ和ＭＤＳ－ＲＡ患者血清ｓＦａｓ受体水平显著降低，而ＭＤＳ－ＲＡＥＢ／ＲＡＥＢ－ｔ和难治性ＡＬ均显著升高。

STUDY ON THE SOLUBLE FAS LEVEL IN SERA FROM PATIENTS WITH HEMATOPOIETIC STEM CELL DISEASE

To analysis the soluble Fas(sFas) receptor level in sera from patients with hematopoietic stem cell diseases,including aplastic anemia(AA),myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) and acute leukemia(AL),and investigate its clinical significance,the levels of sFas receptor in sera from 30 patients with AA,18 patients with MDS and 42 patients with AL were detected by using ELISA methods.The results suggested that the sFas receptor levels in sera from patients with AA and MDS RA were significantly lower than those from normal control ( P <0.01),and they were marketly higher in the patients with MDS RAEB/RAEB t and AL than in normal control( P <0.01).These demonstrated that the sFas receptor in sera from patients with hematopoietic stem cell disease may be correlation with their pathogenic mechanism and clinial features.
