中缝背核内远位触液神经元超微结构及其与周围组织的联系

目的 观察中缝背核内远位触液神经元的超微结构及其与周围组织的联系,为探讨该类神经元的功能奠定形态学基础.方法 使用霍乱毒素亚单位B与HRP结合物(CB-HRP)-电镜法.结果 1.中缝背核内远位触液神经元具有一般神经元的形态及各种细胞器结构;2.CB-HRP沉淀物主要分布在触液神经元高尔基复合体的trans面以及溶酶体内;3.触液神经元与其他中枢神经元之间存在着方向相反的两种突触联系.结论 1.中缝背核内远位触液神经元在形态及细胞器构成上与其他中枢神经元未见明显不同;2.其高尔基复合体和溶酶体在摄取外来物质的代谢和转运过程中可能存在特殊功能;3.该类神经元可以在中缝背核与脑脊液之间起到双向传递的作用.

THE ULTRASTRUCTURE OF THE DISTAL CSF-CONTACTING NEURONS IN THE DORSAL RAPHE AND THE RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEIR SURROUNDING TISSUES

Objective The ultrastrocture of the distal CSF-contacting neurons in the dorsal raphe and the relationships with their surrounding tissues were observed and a new morphological evidence for their functional significance was offered. Methods We combined CB-HRP tracing with electron microscopic techniques and observed the ultrastrocture of the distal CSF- contacting neurons in the dorsal raphe and the relationships with their surrounding tissues. Results 1. The CSF-contacting neurons have the general cytological structure of neurons; 2. CB-HRP mainly is localized in the trans face of the Golgi apparatus and lysosemes; 3. There are two kinds of contrary direction synaptic relationships between the distal CSF-contacting neurons and the non- CSF-contacting neurons. Conclusions 1 .There are no obvious differences between the CSF-contacting neurons and other neurons in nltrastrocture; 2. The Golgi apparatus and the lysesomes may exist the special function in take and transport the material from CSF; 3. The CSF-contacting neurons can not only transport the material or deliver the information from the dorsal rapbe to CSF, but also from CSF to the dorsal raphe.
