原发性高血压高发职业人群中A型行为、应对方式对血压的影响

[目的]探讨原发性高血压（EH）高发职业人群中A型行为、应对方式与血压的关系和影响特点。[方法]以福州铁路分局行车人员431人为研究对象，采用现况研究方法，应用自陈式量表测量EH高发与低发人群的A型行为与应对方式。[结果]①EH高发职业人群（乘警）的EH患病率（42．3％）高于对照人群（乘务员，17．2％）；②在EH高发组中，A型行为特征组EH患病率（49．5％）、收缩压和舒张压，均高于B型行为组（22．9％）。③在EH高发人群中，A型行为进人了回归方程；低发人群中行为特征等进人回归方程式。[结论]A型行为是EH的危险因素，且对收缩压的变化影响较大；消极的应对方式可能促使血压升高，且通过与A型行为特征的交互作用，对血压升高的影响更大，其作用方式有待进一步研究。

The Effect of Type A Behavior and Coping Style on Blood Pressure Among High-risk Population of Essential Hypertension

[Objective] To explore the relationship between type A behavior, coping style and blood pressure, and explore its influence factors among high-risk population of essential hypertension （EH）. [Methods] Adopting the currentsituation study method, 431 train policemen （the high-risk population） and attendants （low-risk population） in Fuzhou railway branch were carried out with questionnaires to measure the type A behavior and coping style. [Results] （1） EH prevalence rate （42.3%） in policemen was higher than that in attendants （17.2%）. （2） In policemen group, EH prevalence rate （49.5 %）, systolic and diastolic pressure in type A behavior group were higher than those in type B group. （3） In policemen group, type A behavior was selected in multiple regression function. In attendants group, the behavior features and so on were selected in the function. [Conclusion] Type A behavior is a risk factor for EH,and greatly influence the change of systolic pressure. The negative coping style would stimulate the rise of blood pressure and show interaction with type A behavior. The bad effect way of type A behavior should be researched in the future.
