上泳法与人工授精治疗少、弱、畸形精子不育症的价值

为提高少、弱、畸形精子症不育患者的治愈率，从1990年开始对50例药物未能治愈的少、弱、畸形精子症不有患者采用上泳法处理精子并行宫腔内人工授精治疗153个周期，结果妊娠16例，总妊娠率为32．0％，周期妊娠率为10．4％。认为尽管总妊娠率还比较抵，但对药物治疗无效的患者，此法无疑是重要的治疗方法之一。

Treatment of infertility with loigo-,astheno-,and teratospermia by intrauterine insemination with sperm preapred after swimming-up

To improve the treatment efficacy of in fertility due to oligo-, astheno-, and teratosperwia, 50 cases failed to achieve pregnancy by drug treatment were treated by intrauterine insendnation with sperm prepared after swimming-up for 153 cyeles. 16 of them achieved pregenacy. The total pregnancy rate was 32. 0%,and the pregnancy reta per cycle was 10. 4%. We believed that IUI with sperm prepared after swimming-up was one of the effective way for treatment of infertility with oligo-,astheno-,and teratospermia,although the total pregnancy rate was low.
