| 摘 要： | 本文通过收集三个全夜尿,对父母为高血压的子女其血压水平与盐摄入之间的关系进行了研究。使用逐步回归分析,结果显示,这些学生的血压(收缩压和舒张压)与尿钠/钾排泄量显著相关,提示这些学生的血压与钠、钾电解质摄入有一定联系。 |

| Abstract: | The authors explored the relationship between urinary Eletrolytes and BP. Three consecutive 9-hour urine samples were collected from 144 children with a positive family history of hypertension, aged 13~15 years. A significant correlation between BP and Na/k ration was found after adjusting for height, weight, age, sex and body mass index. |
