小儿麻醉中异丙酚复合芬太尼及氯胺酮的麻醉效果对比

目的：研究异丙酚分别复合氯胺酮和芬太尼在小儿麻醉术中及术后的麻醉效果。方法68例3~8岁拟在全麻下行择期下腹部和下肢手术患儿,不拘性别。随机分为氯胺酮复合异丙酚组（A组）,芬太尼复合异丙酚组（B组）,每组34例用于小儿全麻的对比。比较两组镇痛、镇静效果及诱导时间、苏醒时间的对照研究。结果两组镇痛及镇静效果均满意,但B组诱导时间、苏醒时间明显高于A组。结论氯胺酮复合异丙酚能协同作用互为补充,用于小儿麻醉效果更加安全有效。

Anesthetic effect of propofol combined with fentanyl and ketamine contrast in pediatric anesthesia

Objective To study effect of propofol combined with ketamine and fentanyl respectively in anesthesia and after surgery in pediatric anesthesia.Methods Divided 68 cases of 3~8 years old children in the abdomen undergoing selective lower and lower limb operation, irrespective of sex randomly into ketamine combined with propofol group（group A）, fentanyl and propofol group（group B）, each group had 34 cases for comparison in pediatric anesthesia. Compared analgesic, sedative effect and induction time, recovery time of two groups.Results The analgesic and sedative effects of two groups were satisfied, but the induction time, recovery time of group B was significantly higher than that of group A.Conclusion Ketamine combined with propofol can synergistically complement each other, and it is more safe and effective for pediatric anesthesia.
