| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不孕不育与染色体核型异常的关系,指导临床诊断。方法采集1242例不孕不育咨询者外周血,进行淋巴细胞培养,常规方法收获细胞,低渗、固定、制片,经G显带处理,镜检观察染色体核型。结果 1242例不孕不育咨询者共检出异常核型139例,总异常率11.19%。结论染色体核型异常是导致不孕不育的重要原因之一,因此,对不孕不育咨询者进行染色体检查是非常必要的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between chromosomal aberrations and infertility to guide clinical diagnosis. Methods: Harvest cells with conventional methods, observe the chromosome with microscopes after hypotonic, fixed and producers. Results: 139 cases of chromosomal aberrations were detected in 1242 patients of infertility consultant with the total abnormal rate of 11.26%. Conclusion: The chromosome abnormalities is an important reason of causing of infertility. Therefore, infertility consultant′s chromosome examination is very necessary. |
