中西医结合治疗高脂血症的临床效果观察

目的:探讨高脂血症采用中西医结合治疗临床效果。方法:选择我院2009年5月～2011年5月收治高脂血症患者80例,随机分为两组各40例,对照组采用西药常规治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上采用中西医结合治疗,就两组临床效果进行回顾性分析。结果:观察组和对照组在治疗前、治疗后组内和组间比较高密度脂蛋白、胆固9醇、甘油三脂变化均有明显差异,观察组状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对两组治疗后分别行3个月的随访观察,观察组40例中,显效28例,占70%,有效9例,占22.5%,无效3例,占7.5%,总有效率为92.5%。对照组40例中,显效12例,占30%,有效10例,占25%,无效18例,占45%,总有效率为55%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组均无严重并发症发生,各有2例胃肠不适和轻度肝功能异常,经处理后缓解。结论:高脂血症采用中西医结合治疗,药疗持久,明显降低了毒副作用,具有理想的临床效果,明显提高了患者的生存质量。

Clinical observation on treating hyperlipidemia in the integrative medicine

Objective:Discuss the clinical results of the integrative medicine on hyperlipidemia.Methods:80 patients with hyperlipidemia treated from May 2009 to May 2011 were selected as subjects,were randomized into 2groups,40 for each.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine and the observation group was treated with the integrative medicine.The retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical effects of the twogroups.Results:The intra-group comparison and inter-group comparison of the observation group and the controlgroup showed that the changes in high-density lipoprotein,cholesterol and triglyceride were obviously different before the treatment and after the treatment.The conditions of the observation group were better than that of the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).A three-month follow-up was conducted for the twogroups after the treatment.For the 40 cases in the observation group,28 cases were significantly effective,amounting for 70%;9 were effective,amounting for 22.5%;3 were ineffective, amounting for 7.5%;the total effective rate was 92.5%.For the 40 cases in the controlgroup,12 cases were significantly effective, amounting for 30%;10 were effective,amounting for 25%;18 cases were ineffective,amounting for 45%;the total effective rate was 55%. The total effective rate of the two groups had statistical difference(P<0.05).No major complication was observed in the twogroups.gastrointestinal discomfort and mild hepatic dysfunction were observed in 2 cases of each group respectively and relieved after the treatment.Conclusion:The combined therapy on hyperlipidemia has sustained curative effect and ideal clinical effects.In addition,the combined therapy obviously reduces adverse effects and enhances the quality of life.
